Summary: It is showing it's age. The parking garage looks ready to collapse. The elevator wouldn't stop at the correct floors. We have stayed here between 6 and 12 nights a year here but we may not stay here anymore.

Summary: Seems nice upon entering. The description via the internet with the hotel and the actual visit didn’t match. They said they only did shuttle to Airport, pool was “not” heated, walls in hallway by baseboards have stuff on them. Haven’t gone to breakfast yet, but not overly excited about it. But the Mall of America was great!!

Summary: We feel waitress at dinner was more concerned about her regular bar patrons rather than attending to customers. Also after we were on shuttle, driver informed us he does not stop at our terminal. We had to figure out the light rail, good thing we left early! Website said $10 a day for park and fly, we were charged $20 per day. Won’t stay here again.

Summary: While the hotel was clean and quiet, and overall comfortable, a few small issues kept our stay from being a full five-star experience. 1. Unfortunately, the alarm clock in our room went off unexpectedly at 6 a.m. This woke up our two toddlers after a long day of travel, which made for a rough start to the morning. In the future, I’ll definitely be checking the alarm clocks as soon as we check in, but it would be helpful if housekeeping reset them between guests. 2. The internet-connected TV was frustrating to use. There were no clear instructions provided, and the password listed didn’t work—so we weren’t able to access the features, which was disappointing. 3. I also inquired about the courtyard that was mentioned in the listing, but was told it’s not actually available for guest use. That felt a bit misleading. Overall, the stay was fine, but these small inconveniences added up and impacted the experience.

Summary: I came to Minneapolis to see a Twins game so I selected the Crowne Plaza because I have stayed there before and it's proximity to light rail. It was easy to get to the airport, the Mall and Target Field. The staff was great the room was comfortable. My only issue was there were no outlets near the bed for a phone charger. The breakfast was good, the bar (and bartender) were nice. I thought about using the pool but the smell of chlorine was strong. I'd stay here again.

Summary: The room was clean when I got in, it felt like home away from home. The tv had great channels. The bathroom was clean and with clean towels. The air conditioning unit was working well and kept me cool.

Summary: It is a convenient location with adequate parking and space to sleep, just the pool floor was scratchy and cut my daughter’s foot, floor around was dirty, and the whirlpool was out of service.
