Summary: Everything was good except that the remote control was missing from the room. The front desk was very responsive in getting it to us. The guy at the reception desk was especially helpful and friendly.

Summary: I recently stayed here for a downtown TO trip, and was genuinely impressed. The location was not ideal for downtown TO every day, but just a short walk to restaurants, and the scheduled bus was always on time to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was cozy, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and toiletries. Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Summary: Smooth check in - efficient but had to ask lots of questions to obtain info. Front desk was nice enough but didn’t go overboard with the welcome! Room service: friendly and prompt. Cleanliness: excellent. Used the pool which I don’t often have the luxury to do so and it was clean and towels were restocked with maid service ensuring quality cleaning. Overall, a nice and comfortable way to spend the weekend. No upgrades were offered which is usually not the case and there was no out of the ordinary service offerings - but the operation is efficient and clean!

Summary: Initially, i was placed on a floor where i had to travel from stairs to the elevator to/from my room. When i asked for a different room because of course i dont want to have to do stairs during my stay, the agent had to obtain "management" approval - bullish!

Summary: The only bright spot was the check in staff. They went above and beyond during my first day. The rest of the trip was a mess. The front of the hotel looks like it was closed and it was so confusing as to where to enter. The parking was a nightmare and overpriced for this property in this condition. The photos online did not look like what I booked. My room was not the cleanest. It had hairs in the bathroom and the headboard had stains. The fridge was warm and not very cold. The room's view was of the construction area in the front along with the parking lot. The restaurant on site was slow and there were not that many people being served. I attempted to do room service one morning, due to being sick, and was told they couldn't do room service, but I could come down to get it. This was ridiculous. That same day, the water started going slowly and then cut off completely as I was getting ready for my brother's wedding. I attempted to call the front desk and the phones were out. I was not informed that there were major problems at the hotel and the water would be out indefinitely. I found out when I returned late as I had to go to be on time. I attempted to call the hotel from my car and could get through. An apology and refund was the least the hotel could of done. They should have closed the hotel an reopened after the renovations were totally completed. I am disappointed and will never be returning to this hotel.

Summary: The hotel was comfortable and had clean rooms, but the last day of my star I had a terrible Experience. The hotel was out of water on a hot day. It stopped working on a sunday morning and it simply didnt return until I left the hotel on a monday morning. The staff handled the situation poorly, without information and the guests were all mas and without any sort of clue on what to do. Most of people had to check out and find other Hotels to stay. I had to get bottles of water with the staff in order to “take showers”. It was a terrible end of the stay, on what it was being a good experience overall.
