Summary: The room was clean & bed comfortable. The reason I gave a lower score was because they advertise free shuttle but do not provide it before 5AM, so if you have a flight before 7AM, you have to pay for taxi- which was not in their description. Also , I asked for a taxi at 4AM, and it was late, making the morning stressful to get to the airport, with long lines and barely making my 6AM flight. There are a lot of flights before 7, so they should provide shuttle starting at 3:34AM.

Summary: We were flying out in the morning, so we booked this hotel because it was close to the train station since we were arriving from Trieste. It was right door! How convenient was that? We thought about having dinner in Venice but it was so crowded we came back to the hotel and had dinner there. We weren’t expecting it to be e all that great but, wow! We loved every bite! Breakfast the next morning was equally as good. All in all, we felt very happy with our decision to have chosen this hotel.

Summary: We needed to stay one night prior to an early flight out of Venice. This hotel was clean, comfortable with a free shuttle to the airport. I was very pleased with this hotel.

Summary: Hotel was fine; usual airport hotel. Clean lobby. Front desk staff professional. Had to take taxi to airport because the shuttle doesn't run for 6am flights - it was a rip off of $50 for less than 15 min drive! Hotel has a shuttle, but needs to run earlier for those with early flights.

Summary: When you see reviews that give 6/10, or less, believe them. The outside, the lobby and the restaurant were nice but the room was dirty and outdated. Electrician and plumbers nightmare. Fake electrical switches, outlets that didn't work. Shower would fill up with water so you couldn't open the door until it drained. Carpet was filthy. I stayed at the Crown Plaza in Rome and it was very nice. This one needs to use that one as an example.

Summary: Service desk staff welcoming and kind. Facility is not up to standards- filthy carpet that needs replacing too, food in restaurant was very poorly prepared, overpriced, and disappointing although the staff were nice and hospitable. Location convenient for day trips by rail into Venice but not much around this facility so you are mostly captive.

Summary: The stay was nice. The only problem is the hotel advertisement states that they have shuttle service from the airport. We could not find the shuttle service and when we tried to call the hotel to ask about shuttle service, we got no answer.
