Positive: Location, all ocean front balconies and the restaurant on sight had great food! The beach chairs were free. The balconies had nice furniture. It was also very close to the aquarium. I like that it had a big crab bell at the desk to ring for service. The staff were very nice and accommodating!The rooms were large and updated and beds were mid comfortable. There was really nice hot water in the shower and the air conditioning worked well! The bar was nice and the outdoor amenities with pool and hot tub, tiki hut and area for seating were nice! I also liked the little kids playground and lots of picnic area. The beach was close and beautiful! I like that this was a smoke free property although some people snuck a smoke on their balconies 🤔
Negative: The bathroom shower was way too small and the shower curtain should have weights on them. The shower curtain constantly blew in and stuck to me and was too short so floor outside got soaked! You had to ask for housekeeping as they do not provide and floors got quite sandy and towels needed to be replaced daily as lack of space in bathroom. I didn’t like that there wasn’t free bottles of water and coffee. I also didn’t realize this was a dog hotel. I also did not like having to pay for parking. They did not have a night light in the bathroom so I had to leave light with fan and n all night in toilet room since it had the only door to close off some of the light. The toilet should have been placed across from the sink and the closet alcove should be done away with. They could put a pocket door or even a sliding bifold door to enclose the toilet. The bathroom’s poor functionality will keep me from coming back again.
Summary: Good, if you have dogs, bad if you don’t like a very tight bathroom.

Negative: Bed is hard pillows was hard sand was all over floor when we checked in Room wasn't ready at check in had to wait a hour after check in time to get in. Balcony door got stuck and I was stuck out on balcony..Had to pay 21 dollars a day for parking when it should be free when your staying at the hotel. Especially when your pay 350 a night. They don't except cash only cards . Breakfast was way over priced and everything on the buffet was cold. Bathroom is very small shower is awful water comes out on floor noatter what you do. First and last time staying here . Very disappointed
