Summary: I left my jacket and a t-shirt hanging in the closet and drove back after work only to find out I have to wait another day because housekeeping leaves found items in their storage room, which is only accessible from 9am-5pm. I work 10am-7pm so I had less than one hour to get my items back. It took the manager several attempts to find it because it was in an unmarked plastic bag. Don’t leave anything behind here!

Summary: I booked a non-smoking pet room, but after an 11-hour drive, they only had smoking rooms left. Also the duvet and floors were filthy.

Summary: Overall a solid deal at $50/nt in Houston. Nice restaurants in area. However, mega road noise anywhere outside, no breakfast. Crappy coffee, and no elevator. Also this facility is quite a hike from the aeropuerto.
