Positive: Lots of bar and food options throughout the day. Huge variety of food at meal times - breads, salads, cheeses, desserts - it'd be hard not to find something you like. The view of the mountains behind the hotel was lovely, particularly from the sea. Direct, easy walking access to the beach via a bridge over the road - also a shuttle service (golf buggy type thing) though we didn't use it. Tennis courts were free to use and were never busy, tucked away at the back of the hotel. We used them twice, fairly decent equipment altho the racket handles were a bit worn out. The gym has treadmills and weights, and clean towels to use. Location is walkable to the Goynuk Canyon and a few other hikes. Great, cheap, frequent local bus service to get to/from Antalya and Kemer - no need to get a taxi.
Negative: Meal times were absolute carnage, far too many people for tables. We were there in early November so it's likely even worse in high peak times. The cocktails were all pretty dreadful. The a la carte restaurants are virtually impossible to book. Although we managed to get a reservation the process of queuing at the guest services desk, accompanied by them only having one choice of the 4 a la carte restaurants being offered made it frustrating. The food was also disappointing. The other guests at the hotel were largely quite rude - kudos to the staff who had to deal with them all day. Most of the staff spoke English or Russian. The gym is tucked away downstairs so not the nicest, the power wasn't turned on to the machines one morning. The beach was far too crowded with the number of guests at the hotel. The food cooked on the outside grill at the main restaurant tasted of petrol. Not much in Goynuk other than all inclusive hotels.
Summary: Enjoyable but with a few buts...

Positive: Location.
Negative: Paradise for the Russians. 90% of the guests. Staff not speaking a word of english. Zero, not even the basics.. For a 5* hotel this is really, really poor. Everything is catered for the Russians. Won't be returning, that's for sure. The hotel is dated and needs improvements. More 3 * +, definitely nowhere near the 5* as advertised. Poor Wi-Fi, mainly cold food ( I just don't understand why ).
Summary: Not for the english speakers.

Negative: Customer service at reception lacking! Also a la carte needs to be booked waaay in advance. Stayed 6 days but was told on day 1 all booked out for all days.

Positive: Food Food is delicious .. And available all the time . ( snacks at Pool. beach between 11am -6 pm ) . Breakfast / lunch / dinner all the food nice and have alot of options all open buffet .. ( Breakfast live station eggs mixed with vegetables . lunch didn't tried . Dinner live barbecue . Fish . Chicken cubes .wings . Meat cube . Alot of sweets and vegetables . Last day for us was a sea corner for sushi . Staff are friendly adn helping .. Anything you need they brought it to your table . Kids corner for healthy food . There is a sweet bar and icecream area . With coffee and tea corner but not close to the pool .. But was cery nice sweets . Activity Kids playing area is nice and open for this time 10:30 am to 16 : 00 . Before and after its closed . Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day . I don't know why . Each night they have activities for kids after dinner .Making dj and cartoon character and balloons and jumping . My kids like it so much . Room was clean and big ( i took 2 rooms sharing wih door between ) + balcony and the pool . Ground floor with 2 tv and 1 bathroom . Room service is fast . Cost me 732 euro for 4 days 3 night . May 2023 Beach There is a club car which deliver me and my family's to the beach .. Besides the beach another pool + snacks bar + ground play area + basketball + volleyball + bathroom . Cleaning Every thing is clean .. All the time you will find someone cleaing for park area . Coredor . Bar area .even my room was a clean when i took it . Finally for me will come again and i recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly . I like them all .
Negative: Negative 1. Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day . 2. Pools inside and outside not heated at all . 3. Don't expect that staff are talking English . Most of them don't know . 4. When i arrived they gave me a duplex room ..was very old and very hot and i cannot control the ac there .Only available ac option is the hot one .. So i went to reception area and i request to change it .. They tried to convince me that this is the only option available .. They lie to me cuz i can see alot of rooms was cleaning besides my room ( they said the manager will be here after 2 hours .. After fighting the manager show up ..with some negotiation they give me room 1767 it was amazing . Close to resturant . Pool . 2 rooms with door between . 5. No ironing and i didn't request it . May be its available i dont know actually .
