Summary: I booked this house as a gathering place for my sisters and I, and it was wonderful! The location on the lake was great. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and may come back again in the summer to fully enjoy the amenities!

Summary: This nice lakeside cottage provided very suitable shelter for us while visiting friends and family in the area. It is a good thing that we were not expecting to spend a lot of time along the lake, as the weather was most foul during our stay. It was enjoyable to watch the Blue Heron stride along the shore one misty morning.

Summary: My son, age 8 and my daughter, age 3 and I stayed @ this cottage over the past week. It is such a cute spot. Very much enjoyed ourselves. I loved looking out at the lake. We spent a good amount of time in the lake and the kids loved it! My dad lives in Manchester so it was very easy to access. I loved how close mini golf/driving range is...towards Manchester. We enjoyed Highland Park Market, Charter Oak Park, Georgina's, Mini Golf, Munson's and more! I would stay again...so would the kids. BTW my son was able to get on youtube on tv immediately. Although he did not watch much TV, it was comforting knowing it was available. Great spot.

Summary: We are chasing the grandchildren. We sold our NY home to be closer to them. As we do our new home search we are staycationing on Bolton Lake in a great little home. Our house has been very accommodating and the home is very well equipped with everything you need. Just bring your suitcase. You will love gazing out the living room windows out on to the beautiful lake in winter.
