Positive: Value for money
Negative: Unfortunately the receptionist who answered the phone 23rd Sept around 4pm when I was asking about parking was so rude to me for no reason. I told her I was just in front of the building but had to drive down further to pull aside as a car was behind me and she accused me of lying saying she’s not seeing me on her camera and being totally aggressive when I was asking her if I had to drive around and wait in front the gate with my car and someone would open. I just asked her simple questions as a new guest and her attitude was so smelly on the phone that I cancelled my booking altogether. No way am I paying to stay somewhere with such disgruntled staff. Whoever is in charge, she needs some customer service training like now.

Positive: The location was super excellent, cleanliness great and the staff was amazing.
Negative: The place is excellent. They only need to do proper communication on the additional 20 dollars which I didn't get to know about until I arrived. So on top of 58 dollars I was supposed to pay during booking I ended paying more which I quite dint understand why. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I would go back again.
Summary: It was worth it. Ambience and serenity was exquisite.
