Summary: My friends and I met in Phoenix once again this year for 4 days of golf in the Valley of the Sun! This house is amazing for old college roommates looking to renew great bonds. The garage game room is spectacular! Spacious kitchen allowed all of us to pitch in. We used the propane fire pit on a crisp desert evening. The plants around the house are gorgeous this time of year. Same great bedrooms & baths that were all that we could ask for and more! Thanks for sharing your terrific property. Summary: The house had so much to offer the weather could not even slow us down. The garage is full of games and we played pool way into the night. The location could not have been better, as it was close to many shops and food destinations even getting to some attractions was super easy. It’s one of those places you would rent again because how can you find a better place than this.

Summary: My friends and I stayed at this fantastic property for 4 nights while golfing in the area. Four college buddies on an annual get-together. This place was absolutely perfect for us! I am not sure I can put into words how pleased we were. As the organizer, it is very satisfying to hear my friends express the desire to stay at the same place in the future. The game room was in use every night as we listened to music on the huge bluetooth speaker provided for guests. Pool table & dart board helped us re-live our glory days. Of course putting competitions broke out on the putting green! Great times sitting on the back patio an 'shoot the breeze' while enjoying the crisp evening air w/ beers in hand. The lighting was perfect. We didn't expect to use the pool, after all it was early February -- but what a great addition to this amazing property. We planned to grill out, but found such great choices for food nearby that we ran out of nights. The location could not be better. Amenities were more than adequate for us guys. The shower gel & shampoo in the baths was a welcome touch. We actually used the washer/dryer - very handy. Everything was clean and well kept. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back! Shawn

Summary: The Cubbie House was a great spot for our guys weekend. The house fit everyone comfortably and all the amenities were great for entertaining, during downtime. The garage, backyard, and TV's offered something for everyone. We were able to get groceries nearby, which was great, and the central location to other activities, like golf, was very convenient. The group was very happy with the vrbo selection and we'd all happily stay again.
