Summary: Location is great for Cubs Spring Training, walking distance to Sloan Park, restaurants within 1 1/2 miles. Safe Neighborhood! A little disappointed with rental unit and directions. Updates are needed to the unit. Carpet needs replaced, decor needs updated, etc.

Summary: Our biggest issue was cleanliness, both in the complex itself (admittedly outside the lister’s control) and in the condo (someone left a fossilized sausage patty in the microwave, and there were some moldy rib bones in the trash can). But the location was great, the price was good, the owner thought of everything we could possibly need … we’ve stayed in better places but this was okay.

Summary: This condo is located directly across from Riverview Park which made it easy to get a good walk in everyday in the warm AZ sun. A kitchen with all the tools to make homemade meals to help us save money. TJ, the owner was very attentive to our needs and easy to get a hold of. So grateful for the full size bed in every room to get a lovely night's rest. I will definitely be back!

Summary: Very roomy and comfortable.Quiet area. Kitchen very accommodating with appliances and utensils to make anything. Bed was very comfortable and owner came over very quickly when we had a small issue and fixed quickly.Master bedroom carpet needs a little attention. Otherwise everything was great and close to grocery stores and Tempe Market and bb stadium was walking distance. We hope to stay again

Summary: TJ was so accommodating and helpful. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our flight was delayed very late and he still waited up to meet us and leave us welcome shots. The location is walking distance to Sloan field and perfect for Spring Training but we were also only 10-15 min from Chase Field and the Airport. The condo was super clean and it was nice having a pool in the complex. We will definitely stay again!
