Positive: The location was great for exploring the area. There is plenty of shaded parking at the property. The beds were comfortable. The little terrace had nice views.

Negative: The description on booking.com is different to what we actually got. It said separate 2nd toilet. The decor is a bit thrown together, and tired. The pool area is nice, but has a huge wasp problem! The kitchen is very basic. No oven which is not great, as on holiday a quick oven meal like pizza can't be cooked. It was a shame that the gate to the car park was shut, it's a long walk to the room.

Positive: We liked the quirkyness of the hotel. The room was small but cool and quiet. The location is great for touring the mountains. The young lady who served us breakfast was lovely.

Negative: We waited until 8pm for the restaurant to open but it remained shut, fortunately a customer told us it wasn't opening so we walked into town and fortunately found a restaurant open and a shop to buy water. A simple note on the door would have been helpful. Other than the young lady at breakfast, we saw no staff. Entering the room with the electronic system was difficult, I am hard of hearing and couldn't hear the digits bleeping, and my phone wouldn't open the lock.

Summary: Potentially lovely hotel let down by lack of staff and poor communications.

Positive: It was very lovely, the houses are really cute. The apartment is clean.

Negative: We checked in late so we couldn't ask anyone for a warmer blanket anymore and it was a bit cold.
