Positive: The view from the balcony was stunning. It is in a fairly nice part of town and walkable to Mindl Beach.
Negative: Parking was first come first serve and a bit tight with all the SUVs and 4WD. I didn't get the sense there was enough spots for all guests. Shower water temp was a bit fickle.
