Summary: Wonderful! The apartment has all you need for a very comfortable stay, being spacious and well-equipped. The view of the sea and beach from the balcony is absolutely lovely. The apartment is so close to the beach, and there are shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. Marien is really lovely, and incredibly helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: My wife and I are grateful to Marien for being such a wonderful host. Marien was very responsive to our inquiries and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about anything with respect to the apartment. As we were looking for a clean and quiet place to stay for 2 weeks to enjoy Las Fallas and the coast south of Valencia, the apartment was perfect for us. It was as advertised. Muchísimas gracias!!!

Summary: Very nice clean apartment with everything you need. Good location just away from centre so nice and quite also has a lock up garage which is handy if you are travelling by car.

Summary: A wonderful week in a flat perfectly positioned. The flat has fantastic views of the beach, the terrace is shaded after 14.00, which is perfect for a cool siesta, wonderful for an early morning sun breakfast. A lovely breeze runs through the flat. The beach is fantastic, bars and restaurants, good prices. Everything is run efficiently, masks and gels, social distancing. Very Spanish which is lovely. Wonderful week away. Owner very friendly and helpful.
