Summary: Had a great stay at Kas Di Laman in October 2022. Paula was helpful and responsive as the property manager. The property is quiet and lush, with a large, shared common space in the gardens adjoining the different apartments in the complex. The plunge pool in the common area was great for our 8 year old daughter to entertain herself while my wife and I hung out on the loungers and read our novels. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. We unfortunately had a lot of construction noise from the apartment across from ours - they were renovating it - so this was our only complaint but Paula and the owner were very apologetic and offered a bit of a refund for our lost sleep, which we really appreciated. The best part about Kas Di Laman is the location. Maira's kitchen across the street is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and makes delicious smoothies. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and took many entertaining walks in the area to enjoy the local art (murals everywhere!) and wildlife (dogs and chickens mainly lol). Really a great location, walkable to many great restaurants (Bario, Bodega, Gouverneur) and a perfect launch pad feom which to explore the island.

Summary: The property is amazing - clean, comfortable, excellent location. Plenty of free parking available on the street right in front. It's literally a 5 min walk to Queen Emma Bridge and the emblematic colorful houses. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and accommodating and we always had great communication with them. It truly feels like home away from home. We loved every second of our stay there. We would very highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Summary: The managers, Inez and Eric, were very accommodating and understanding regarding our late arrival. Eric provided a complete introduction to the property. The unit was a one bedroom with a well equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. All appliances and were modern. The property is well kept and very nicely landscaped. There is a small pool that was a welcome relief from the heat at the end of the day.

Summary: This is one of the most charming and special properties we've ever stayed in. They converted a bunch of old houses in the neighbourhood into vacation apartments in a very tasteful way, preserving their character but adding modern amenities to make our stay comfortable. The setting is also beautiful, with the tropical garden and individual patio/terraces of each apartment. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
