Summary: The room upgrade was a great surprise and the service was good. My only complaint is that they only cleaned my room one time in 4 nights.

Summary: Overall, an excellent option. Great staff and quality food. Very beautiful facility. As a family of four with a 3 year old and a 3.5 month old at the time of our visit, we'd definitely recommend. We would very likely stay again. Some areas on the walk to and from our room (on ground level), could be more visually appealing/welcoming. None-the-less, it was an easy walk with a stroller. The room itself was very clean, and kept neat and refreshed by cleaning staff. The "botanical garden" view was underwhelming however, and the "patio" area offered two lounge chairs in a small/tight space on gravel, as well as a bistro set on another part of the small and not-so-welcoming space. I'm sure a more appealing view out of the sliding door glass would have been a cherry on top. I don't know if this is what greenery looks like in April in Curaçao or if the landscaper was off duty.

Summary: My husband and I choose those resort for our honeymoon and we were impressed from the moment we walked into the resort. Very friendly staff, the views are amazing, and the food is incredible. Everything was to our liking!

Summary: Contacted hotel to tell them one of our flights had been cancelled due to a snow storm, and couldn't be re-booked until 2 days later. Told them we were still coming, and to hold our reservation, even if we had to pay for the 2 nights we would miss because of the flight cancellation. Arrived at hotel 2 days later, only to be told they HAD NOT held our reservation. Had given it away, and they were fully booked.

Summary: My trip was everything I expected: nice and clean, with good food and phenomenal service. The only thing I disliked was that there were too many rocks in the ocean, which made it difficult to enjoy the beach even with our swim shoes.

Summary: This was our second time at this property. I feel it has the best mix of having a great beach (one side is calm, the other side has fun waves), clean and high quality rooms, a good mix of food, and a bit away from downtown, so it’s quiet versus being more in the “urban” area. Also the two pools are great (one family, one adults only). We’ll be back!
