New house located on the banks of Current River .. just two miles south of The Landing and Van Buren Mo.
Sitting just a couple hundred feet off the water , The cabin has an amazing view of the river.
Three bred rooms and three full baths..
( Tub/Shower ) house has four queen beds. smart TVs in every room.
private gravel bar is just a few steps away.
. Bring your river toys and swim , fish or float on the current river . Cabin is at the head of Ozark National Scenic riverways trail.. bike or hike down along the old Frisco Rail Road route or toss a couple tubes or kayaks in the river and float down to the PRIVATE gravel bar Located right in front of cabin. In the evening you can hang around the fire pit and enjoy the sounds of the Ozarks .

Summary: The good. Lovely home with a great layout in a lovely location. Great access to the river which is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the interior of the house was clean and easily accommodated our group and wedding party guests.The only appliance that didn't perform perfectly was the H2O dispenser on the fridge & a new filter would fix that. The sorta bad: there were no tabs for the dw, & only one spare trashbag! One set of towels upstairs were covered in dog hair. The upper deck was filthy. We may have been the 1st guests of the season, but no effort was made to prepare the outdoor space. No propane in either tank for the grill and no broom. (Both of which we supplied for the cabin, you're welcome.) Also, beware if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs as there are 28 to reach the home!!! Overall, despite these easily fixed issues (other than the necessary flood stairs) I would still rate my stay 5 *.

Summary: Property location is excellent! The down side is there are 28 steps to access the cabin. We had a couple of young children that made the steps a little challenging and worrisome.for safety issues. There was no propane but we bought some in order to grill. Grill works but is hard to control heat settings. Other than that, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Would stay there again.

Summary: Great river access and swimming area. Clean house and well stocked. Great space with multiple fireplaces which was beautiful. Wish there was a picture of the amount of stairs for the older family members. Gas grill didnt work with new propane bottle.

Summary: Great access to the river and the house was clean. It was odd and unsettling that the door wouldn't lock. Also a random couple came and viewed the property while we were staying there, stated they were renting the place in August. The washer only had hot water and utensils in the kitchen are very limited. I messaged the owner twice with concerns and received no response.

Summary: It's kind of on me because I should have looked more closely at the pictures. This is a great spot right next to the river to spend the night. This is not, however, a comfortable place to stay. The place is outfitted only with a couch, beds, TVs, and dressers. Everything is empty. No art or decor, no lamps (so it's all or nothing with the overhead lights), no rugs (and it really needs them because of sand), and almost nothing in the kitchen. No can opener, no toaster, no fan over the stove. The door tracks are filled with dead bugs and attract a million flies that get in the house every time you open the doors, and of course there is no fly swatter. No broom to clean out the door tracks and address the problem. There's a gas grill but it was out of gas. Asked the host about it, no response. There was a cool fireplace table on the back deck, but it was also out of gas. The water in the showers was warm but not hot and it made showers uncomfortable. The host was not responsive until I had VRBO contact him and then he said he was "sending someone" who never came, and then he told me that no one else had complained so clearly no one was ever going to come. This place is fine for a spot to sleep with air conditioning after a float trip, but not a spot to chill out for a week which is what I was looking for. This was not money well spent for us and we ended up leaving a day early.

Summary: Everything was excellent! The house was beautiful and the beach access was a huge plus. The large porch was cozy with a beautiful view of the river. I would recommend this property!

Summary: It is a very nice house and a great location with a beautiful view which we loved, but it was not clean all the floors were covered in dirt and the couch with sand it was bad enough we went to town and got a vacuum and broom to clean it up for our stay. The dresser draws had dead bugs and dirt in them, the bathrooms were very clean tho. The bedding was also very clean, but mattress’s were very uncomfortable

Summary: Nice, quiet place to relax after a day on the Current. Newer home, nice furniture. Beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee on the large deck. Great view of the river! Definitely would stay here again.
