Summary: I loved that it's right on the water with a ton of docks, a cool firepit and several grills. Sitting on the deck is so peaceful watching the fishing boats and birds. The free coffee, tea and the amazing scones are such a special treat. The only thing is we had a spider in our bed, and there is literally nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom. A small shelf added to each bathroom would be ideal.

Summary: My family and friends came up for the American Birkebeiner ski race. We were unable to get into our usual place so thought we would try this place. It’s a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked it so much we decided to stay again next year.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, lovely view and cozy cabin feeling. The rooms were very clean, I gave it one less star due to the fact there was a yellow stain on the floor / carpet and I was concerned it would go against us in our check-out. It did not so they have it noted. Everything was lovely and I really enjoyed my Vaca away from home with my husband. we liked the convenience of having our own little kitchen to cook so we did not have to go dine out every night. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Summary: The property isn’t the newest but it is SO BEAUTIFUL! We got in super late and only stayed one night as we were traveling, but the room has a back porch overlooking the lake and it is very rustic and homey. The room we had was small but very quaint and perfect for me and my husband. We will definitely be back!!
