This stylish new haven offers all the space you could want to relax and socialise with loved ones, spread over three elegantly appointed levels including a stunning rooftop balcony.
When you're not out and about, settle into the welcoming, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, where a sumptuous sofa and armchair invite guests to kick back with a movie. Plentiful windows and large glass doors open out to the grassy backyard to create a sense of spaciousness and allow natural light to pour in.
There are three work desks for those travelling on business—a dedicated executive-style office and study nooks within two bedrooms upstairs.
The gourmet kitchen has all you need (and more!) to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven and stove, plus all the essentials including pots, pans, and other utensils. You can also make use of the spacious butler's pantry after a visit to the local produce markets, sharing meals at the breakfast bar or around the table.
If you’d prefer to dine alfresco, take your pick of multiple outdoor areas including a landscaped rooftop balcony with a large sofa, a backyard with additional seating, a paved patio area at the side of the first floor complete with a BBQ, plus a front balcony that is accessible from two of the upstairs bedrooms.
Four spacious, light-filled bedrooms accommodate a total of eight guests. On the first floor, the luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed and a stylish ensuite with a walk-in shower, large mirrored vanity, and a freestanding bathtub where guests can end the day with a leisurely soak.
On the second floor, the second and third bedrooms offer queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom includes two king single beds. Both the second and fourth bedrooms have access to a front balcony. A second bathroom on this level is also replete with contemporary furnishings and offers a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
Other conveniences include garage parking for two cars on the premises, Wi-Fi, heating and split system air-conditioning throughout, plus two powder rooms and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
