Lakefront living at its finest, this newly constructed 2022, deluxe home overlooks the gleaming waters of Lake Sawyer in historic Black Diamond. Ideal for a luxury vacation getaway.
While exploring Copper Hawk, you will notice many fine details. The home has been adorned with copper treatments and features that honor the hawks of the Pacific Northwest. Most of the home's furniture is handmade and the art is hand crafted.
The living room offers a serene spot to sit, visit, and tune into movies while being warmed by the heat of the gas fireplace, or cooled by the air-conditioning.
The formal dining area opens to the deck. The full table is available with an area including stemware and glasses for your favorite beverages.
Truly a chef's dream the custom kitchen features ample meal prep space, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and many cooking utensils. Show off your culinary skills here before dining family-style at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the lake view deck.
Located on the main level, the primary bedroom has been adorned with beautiful wood finishes and soft fabrics. Unwind on top of the plush bed while enjoying the heat of the second gas fireplace. And when you need to indulge in some you-time soak in the accessible bathtub or rinse off under the copper shower head.
Each of the bedrooms comes equipped with California King-sized beds, TVs, small refrigerators, coffee stations, and ample storage space. An additional California King wall bed is available upstairs in the great room.
The great room offers access to an outdoor deck, a dining area, and a kitchenette with an additional full refrigerator and a place to make up snacks. Spend your afternoons playing in the large yard or barbecuing on the deck. Bring your own boat and anchor it to the dock. There is a public boat launch located minutes away. At night it is well lit with landscaping lights across the property.

Summary: This house was the best rental I have ever stayed at! Everything in this home was well-thought out, the home design, decor, canoe all perfect. We loved also the bath salts and Keurig coffee makers in each room! Awaking to the lake views from each bedroom, excellent!!!!

Summary: Very nice home that can accommodate a lot of people also everyone has personal space. Had an issue with the air conditioner owner came out to fix the problem he was very prompt and helpful ( nice too). Will definitely book the house again if ever we make it up to Washington!

Summary: Copper Hawk was so perfect last year for a family reunion that we booked it again this year. Reserve early if you want a full week as it’s very popular. Three large bedrooms with king sized beds and giant “play” room w/ a king-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down, a smaller but full kitchen on the 2nd floor, games, and bean bags make this ideal for the younger set. The master and other bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows w/ beautiful views of Lake Sawyer. The large common area (play room) has a nice balcony . The living room, dining room, and kitchen offer spacious areas for family gatherings. I have rented many vacation homes and have never seen a better equipped kitchen. Everything you need for cooking meals or even baking a birthday cake (which we did) can be found in this amazing kitchen. Warm, comfortable touches like a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea pot and half fridge in soft colors of blue and pink are found in the bedrooms. The owners have a canoe for guests’ use, but we had family nearby who brought two kayaks, paddle boards and a fishing boat, which the owners graciously allowed us to tie up to the wharf. Truly a lake house which filled our wildest dreams.

Summary: Wonderful home for a gathering of friends. We had a reunion nearby…. This homes setting made it comfortable to have coffee outside with the guest next to the lake and a sunset dinner. Beautiful colors on the lake in the evening while the boats make it home to their docks. Landscape around deck was beautiful. The home well equipped with large comfortable bedrooms. All king size beds. 360 degree view out the windows upstairs. Every bedroom has a view of the lake. We would definitely rent this home again. Hiking near on beautiful trail. Check app called “all trails map” 5 stars

Summary: this place was comfortable and the view was spectacular. my grandkids enjoyed the place also, enough room too hang out with family. The rooms were like if you reserved a hotel room. you have a mini refrigerator and coffee machine in each room, Will definitely come back again if it stays affordable 🙏💕

Summary: This beautiful Pacific Northwest home on Lake Sawyer provides all the tranquility you could want with calm waters and low boat speeds in early morning and evenings. But during the day, fishing boats, ski boats, jet skis offer watersport fun. Copper Hawk has a canoe for use and we canoed in the lake and inlets. Nearby family members brought a fishing boat and paddle boards and kayaks for our enjoyment. The house has all the amenities and the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed in. A small keurig, electric teapot and small refrigerated in every bedroom was a big bonus! Upstairs playroom has a king size bed which can be pulled down and lots of bean chairs which teenagers would enjoy. Includes a kitchenette (no stove). We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation home. Will definitely reserve again!

Summary: I have stayed at many vacation rentals and own a few as well and this house tops all of them. The photos don’t do it justice. It is one of the most peaceful well done Lake house rentals. Our family of eight stayed and spent quality time comfortably in the house. Everything has been thought through, every detail, every aspect and even down to coffee and mini refrigerators in every bedroom! The master is on the main level which is perfect and provides space from kids who can stay upstairs. I’m very picky about mattresses and these were high quality for sure, we all slept so well! The house has an awesome upstairs game area and movie watching for teens young adults, or kids along with awesome beanbags that they loved! All the bedrooms and bathrooms have showers are laid out perfectly and everyone had their own space when they didn’t want to socialize. The house is wired for Wi-Fi and the flat screens connected to every streaming app so there was something for everyone to watch. The house overlooked the lake And there’s a canoe if you wanted to get out on it. My kids spent lots of time swimming and fishing off the dock and we had many good conversations outside on the deck looking over the beautiful lake, trees and watch eagles fly overhead. If you are coming to the Seattle area, do not miss this!!. It was the perfect rental for us and convenient and close to everything. We will absolutely stay again five stars highly recommend!
