Inside, this open and airy four-bedroom home features soaring ceilings, terra cotta and hardwood flooring, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the sleek, updated kitchen with high-end appliances, Fiesta ware dishes, and Henckels cutlery and flatware. Dine together in the adjacent glass-enclosed breakfast nook with a view of the pool or indulge in more formal meals in the magnificent main dining area around the antique dining table built by famed Hong Kong furniture-maker George Zee that’s the perfect size for sit-down family dinners. The main living area is a great place to socialize, while two separate living spaces offer additional seating and TVs for streaming your favorite channels. The library boasts an extensive collection of beach books, literary and contemporary classics, children’s books, and young adult fiction as well as a smart TV and a loft with a futon that folds out to a twin bed.

Summary: The house was perfect. Nice to have the pool just steps away during the hot summer days. Everyone enjoyed it. Very close to the small beach and within walking distance of the town. Great location.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this property for our vacation. There is a beach access within walking distance that made our trips to the beach very convenient. When the tide was high, the backyard and pool area made for a great alternative.

Summary: Perfect for families or large group. Very well-appointed and no major issues. Vacasa was quick to respond and the app is very easy to use. Loved it, and thank you for your space. One suggestion is to update the upstairs bathroom when it’s a good time. It works just fine, especially for kids or college students. Older folks will want to stay downstairs.

Summary: The home inside was clean. The Patio's were filthy as was the pool. took several days before they did a so so pool cleaning. The outdoor crew came 715am 4 days later. Woke everyone up. Not recommending to anyone. Oh and we were charged for our service dog, which violates federal law.

Summary: House was perfectly located-water, golf course and village were all steps away. The house had multiple places to sit all-together or in quiet nooks alone. The pool was great, as was the kitchen, it had everything you needed and more.

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend at this house and loved every minute of our trip. The home's layout is perfect! We loved the modern kitchen and spacious family room area. But our favorite part was the pool. We spent so much time outside using the grill and swimming. Other homes in the area we considered didn't have as much to offer in terms of yard and pool space so that was definitely a huge plus. When we did want to leave and explore, it was just a short bike ride to the Village and an even shorter walk to the semi-private beach access. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be coming back!

Summary: We were very excited to stay at this location and it truly measured up in all facets. Great location, just a minute walk to the public beach access (keep in mind, that the beach area comes and goes with the tide). The house characteristics were quite charming and met all of our needs. The outdoor court area, with pool, was perfect with plenty of options to entertain. and relax. We rented a golf cart to get around on the island, although, it's just a short walk to the downtown village area with plenty to do, see, and eat. Can't wait to come back...
