Summary: Heron House was nothing short of magical. The view is amazing. The house is wonderfully stocked and put together. We had 2 infants and it was very comfortable for them. Guemes is a beautiful and friendly place. We will absolutely be back

Summary: This is a beautiful property and the island is magical! It was perfect for our reunion of 7 friends. The view from the house is as spectacular as the picture. The kitchen is generous allowing plenty of space to cook amazing meals. Sitting at the dining table gives you a incredible view—living room too! Bottom line —the house is so comfortable!! The people are so generous —someone gave us crab they had just cooked/caught and another guy in the ferry line had us go in front of him to make sure we’d make our flight. The ferry was very easy to use—read the times schedule before you go. We ate dinner at the restaurant which had an Irish band playing-food was really good pub style fare. We walked to two different beaches—the beaches are filled with fun rocks, shells and driftwood. We even saw a sea lion resting on the shore with a volunteer sitting there to educate folks/make sure no one bothered her. It was well needed R&R. We went to the labyrinth and did a walking meditation—quiet and peaceful! The check in process to get the door code needs to change and there were only a few things at the house that need to be addressed. Highly recommend this place!!

Summary: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heron House a stay that exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment, I booked the property Yvonne, promptly responded to all of my inquiries and provided detailed instructions, making the check in process, smooth and flawless. I was impressed with every aspect of our stay. The home itself was simply amazing. The moment I stepped in the door I was blown away by the phenomenal view, cleanliness, design, and attention to detail. The space was immaculate and it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure all of our needs were met. From high quality toiletries to a well equipped kitchen every detail was thoughtfully considered. We often rent homes for travel and Heron House is our favorite. Yvonne went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, her warmth and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. I cannot thank you enough and I hope to return.

Summary: We stayed at this absolutely beautiful home when we were on Guemes Island for a four day weekend for our nephew's wedding. Yvonne's home could not have been better. It is has amazing views, it is beautiful, well appointed, immaculate and has everything you could need. Yvonne and Sarah, thank you for a great stay in your beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home!

Summary: A terrific rental with plenty of space for the entire family. The view is simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. The game room and media rooms are perfect for folks to spread out on a rainy day. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return.

Summary: An absolutely stunning house and location! Impeccably clean and very well appointed throughout. The view from the back patio out to Cypress Island and Anacortes was incredible, with eagles frequently circling overhead. The kitchen was very well stocked, both in terms of cookware and utensils, but also spices, tea/coffee, oils etc.. Yvonne was immensely helpful and friendly, and communication was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to return!
