Summary: Hello, First of all, we loved the place, and would book again if we come down. That being said, our group did have a few points that we thought the owner would like to know. 1. The shower Head in the Second Bathroom needs attention, it was pretty bad. 2. The Deck has a lot of soft spots, and even a hole in it. It seemed a safety hazard. That is it :)

Summary: The house and overall property was wonderful and a perfect escape to host a buddy’s trip to Bend. The house is spacious and clean with a large yard to host friendly own games. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time in Bend. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved the separate living areas, the kids played upstairs in the bonus room and adults had fun in the game room! There was so much room to spread out! The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Only took us about 5 minutes to get to Old Mill and the gourmet market a couple minutes away was incredibly convenient! Can't wait to stay again!

Although it was perfect for just the two of us, the house can easily hold several more. We enjoy the south and west sides of Bend, so the location was perfect. 12 minute drive to Sunriver and 6 minutes to Old Mill. It's also very easy to access the house off of HWY 97.The house is very private which is super important to us. The house was well taken care of with many new appliances and amenities. The host was kind enough to leave some local Bend products for us to try, yummy!Thank you to our super kind/sweet host, Jessica. If we had any questions she was quick to answer. We've stayed in many VRBO type properties and this one covered all the bases and we'd both highly recommend it!!!
