✨ If you love Asian-influenced design, you'll love our Bamboo Tiny. Enjoy the warm and soothing vibes at this 150 sqft bamboo-filled den. The dark stained exterior emulates the Japanese style of charred wood called shou-sugi-ban or yakisugi-ita. Inside, walls are covered in grass cloth and Japanese accents abound, including a mix of traditional tea pots, statuary, imperial dragons and a custom Shoji-screen door.
The bathroom vanity features a vessel sink floating over black river rock and jade stones, while the sleeping loft, accessed by custom designed Tansu (traditional Japanese storage cabinetry) stairs with Asian brass hardware, is a haven with fluffy white quilts, fresh green décor and heavenly chimes to gently rouse fellow guests.
As with all the Tinys at Tiny Digs, this tiny has free WiFi, running water, electric heat and air-conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, a cooking area, a flush toilet and a hot shower.
Note that the stairway is narrower than a standard 3' stairway, but the rise and run are comfortable and a sturdy handrail is there for support.

Summary: My teen and I were visiting colleges in Portland and stayed in the Bamboo House together. It was super cute, comfy, and everything worked well. The AC even kept the place comfortably cool in a crazy heat wave. The outdoor patio area was a really nice place to hang out when the weather cooled down in the evening. The neighborhood is super walkable with tons of yummy restaurants. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Summary: It was a pleasure to spend a couple days in the Tiny Digs Bamboo House. The place was absolutely immaculate, the lofted bed was cozy and really comfortable. Instructions were easy and the communication was friendly and immediate. I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Portland.

Summary: We came into town to Boulder and Bike and enjoy 28th street restaurants! The tiny house hotel is perfectly situated near both bouldering gyms and bike friendly streets. We love the local restaurants and our favorite gelato spot staccato gelato. The bamboo house was beautiful and so much fun. We plan to come back for a repeat adventure and try out a different themed house! Grounds were east to access and secure for bikes! Management was responsive via text. All in all great. Only downside is all the taxes which make the room quite expensive! It was a splurge for us.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! The bamboo house was unique and beautiful. Not only was the house interesting, but also comfortable. The bed was much warmer than I expected. We parked our car without any problems. We want to try the other houses too in the future!

Summary: Stayed at Tiny Digs in the Bamboo house on 8-16-21. Had to attend a seminar at Providence Hospital the next day so it was a great location. Easy to find and parking was not a problem - good instructions came with the booking. Many restaurants within walking distance. I chose Pambiche serving Cuban food - really good. The tiny house was so much fun. I loved the house itself - all you could want for a stay - comfy bed and a teapot ! The houses surround an area with hammock, seating areas and fountains. Very comfortable . I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it to anyone wanting a different experience than a sterile hotel room.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Bamboo House. The host was nice, helpful and welcoming. The area was adorable, with all of the tiny houses spread around a courtyard with string lights, a fire pit and yard games. The house was just as we expected it - adorably cute and masterfully themed. Plus, it's walking distance to a large number of restaurants and bars. Thanks for the unforgettable stay!
