Location! Location! Location! This custom home sits on over 1/2 acres in one of Las Vegas best neighborhoods. just 3 miles from the action of the Las Vegas strip. The house is also just minutes from the airport. The freeway ramp for the 215 is nearby, so anywhere you want to go is just minutes away. This beautiful home sits in an area where all the homes are all at least on 1/2 acre lots, with many on lots of 2 1/2 acres or more. I can help you out with reservations for Vegas golden Knights tickets or any other events you may need You can email me for details Don't get stuck in one of the hundreds of rentals that are stacked on top of one another in a housing track where the homes have no personalities. This is a great area and a great house The location is just minutes from all the action on the Las Vegas strip but feels like you're out in the country.
This is a also great house to hang out in. There is an indoor spa, a pitch and putt golf green (clubs provided if you don't have yours). A built-in grill area sits by the pool that's set up like a lagoon with a waterfall, Doggie friendly There is a dog area-kennel that is fenced Dogs welcome with refundable dog deposit Also have a pool table and dartboard to enjoy along with 9 different TVs with direct TVs sports and movie packages.
(If you decide you would like to use the propane heater to heat the pool there is an extra $500.00 deposit required this is not part of the security deposit.)There are 2 ponds and a 180-gallon fish tank. There are four bedrooms, and also the guest casita that is included!! bedroom one is set up like a kid's room with a full bed and a set of bunk beds, A master suite features a sliding glass door out to the spa/ pond room. A third bedroom is a traditional room very comfortable king size bed. The fourth is on the other side of the house. It has 2 full beds and is set up like a hotel suite. It has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and looks out on to the pool area The way the house is set up with the one bedroom set on the far side of the home comes in handy if there is some late-night socializing going on, but someone needs to get some sleep The casita Has a kitchen and king bed and a full bed. Also, there are many couches and a fold out beds. The televisions in the house comes with Dish Network with the Americas 200 package, so if you do decide to spend a night at home there is plenty of shows to choose from. All the bedrooms have their own TVs.
We can help with any needs you might have. There is always someone available 24/7 We can help you with any issues or questions you might have during your stay, The owners live next door, so we can be right there, ready to address any and all problems. You can call anytime night or day. There is is no rave events or parties allowed. This will be strictly enforced. The goal is to make your stay as hassle free as can be! There is an onsite manager and security cams that face the driveway (there are no cameras inside the property)
The pool/spa area is a real great place to hang out. Fire up the grill and enjoy your vacation. The money you can save by enjoying your meals at home, sitting by the pool, will more than pay for your stay here at the house. The house is pet friendly. (We can install a dog door that leads out to a fenced grass yard that is escape proof.)

Summary: Host was super with communication and answering any questions. House was nice with rooms on both ends so one side of house quiet and kids had the other to themselves. Outside area was nice and our dog had a lot of space with everything fenced in. Not more than 10 minute uber to about anywhere! We will be back!

Summary: We recently stayed at Jack's house and our group was very satisfied with the house overall. In general, the house is very large and we had plenty of space with 9 people, but it would have been fine with the maximum (12). We were a group of 9 guys on a bachelor party trip, so the pool and hot tub worked well for us. We did not need to heat the pool, as the weather was 105F+ the entire weekend. Giving the property 4/5 overall based on some minor issues, nothing that couldn't be easily fixed though. Pros: +GREAT location, close to airport and strip +Huge house with plenty of space to hangout and sleep +Host was very accommodating and responsive, came to fix a couple issues that we had during our stay (garbage disposal, AC) +Ample parking if you rent a car +Large pool and hot tub +Good sound system in the main living room, along with pool table and dart board +Large equipped kitchen Cons -The house can feel dated in some areas (bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture) and could use an update -Minor things like broken floor tiles or broken doors don't go unnoticed -If you have a car, need to manually open/close the front gate every time -several issues with the grill, we were never able to actually get it working Overall, the property was perfect for our needs, and Jack exceeded our expectations as far as communication and service. He does live on the property but as others have mentioned never a bother. With a minor facelift this property could be an exceptional five star experience.

Summary: First off, Jack (our host) was fantastic! He explained everything about the house. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a wonderful get together. The back yard is truly awesome. Nice pool, and toys. BBQ is great and the "tiki room" is unique (has a coy pond, bar and TV). The only drawback is the airplane noise (under a flight pattern) but is quiet inside the house. The home has 2 doggies that were in the front yard and were very friendly. (we miss "Blue and Birdie" already!) Anyway, is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything (airport, and strip). We highly recommend this property

Summary: I traveled with 8 friends and we had a great time. It was only 10 mins from the strip and the house was huge and clean with fun things to do. Jack the owner was always available when needed

Summary: Jack's house is more than we expected. Beautiful pool, hot tub, pond. More than enough space for our party. Jack was so accommodating. We had some small changes in our initial plan, and Jack didn't hesitate to adjust his schedule. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Jack!

Summary: The house looks exactly like the pictures!!! We had multiple families stay here for a thanksgiving celebration and the house worked out well for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room served as a nice gathering area. Pretty chilly but the crazy kids still made use of the pool (without us heating it, although that was an option) and they spent lots of time hot tubbing. Jack, the owner, was super responsive via phone and texts. Checkin was easy and checkout was great, we didn’t have to do anything!
