Summary: My husband and I stayed for 8 days and tried to add to our stay but it was already rented. It is a quite neighborhood and very comfortable cute home. Beds I felt was super comfy! Would stay again.

Summary: Two friends and I were attending the annual 3-day amateur radio meeting in Xenia. Housing is limited and EXPENSIVE in Xenia itself during the event, so we chose to stay about 30 minutes away in order to save a substantial amount of money (which we could spend on radio gear instead!). We knew that this property only had one bathroom when we rented it, and there were a couple of times when that was inconvenient, but otherwise it met our needs at a reasonable cost. The complementary K-cup coffee and tea were a nice touch and appreciated.

Summary: This property is very conveniently located to WEC. Home was clean and had all we needed for our stay. Host was quick to respond to any messages sent. Check in and out was extremely easy. Located minutes from WEC and downtown area with restaurants, gas stations and stores. Coffee bar was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay again.
