Summary: We were in town to see a concert at Kemba Live a couple of weeks ago. We selected this location as it is very close to the concert venue. We loved the place, the neighborhood and plan to stay there again. Our dog loved the neighborhood and the little backyard as well!!

Summary: We were able to check into our rental without issue, though the smart lock can seem tricky we found we just had to push harder on the pad to wake it up. We had all the comforts of home while we were there. Thank you Katie for sharing your place with us, we enjoyed our visit!

Summary: Carpet in upstairs bedroom was old and stained and smelled like pet urine. There also were no manuals, guides, etc to explain how the TV worked. The remote did not work for us so we did not get to use the TV. The key pad for the front door seemed like it was low on batteries. The first night it took 2-3 minutes for the key pad to fully appear so that we could enter the code. Prior instructions from the owner would have been helpful here. Communication from the owner was slow. Offered to clean the carpet (more than 12 hours after I brought it up) but we were only there for 36 hours so that wouldn’t have helped us.Would not stay here again.

Summary: There were plenty of extra blankets as well as toilet paper. . There was not a mirror in the one bedroom . Blinds in the living room were cracked and broken

Summary: This little place was the best option for affordability and location. It was in a nice part of town and so close to everything we needed to access. Comfortable beds was a plus!

Summary: No communication was received for the day of check-in. I had to reach out for the door code/wifi password etc. Owner responded within reasonable time before we arrived and responded about questions regarding parking and dog waste left behind by previous renter (or cleaner). We dropped off our things and went out for dinner— upon return we could not regain entry to the house as the digital keypad would not work. I sent 3 messages explaining our predicament that went unanswered for the rest of our stay and following our stay. Lucky for us someone had left the back door open (not us). While trying to find a way in we also found that there are a couple windows on the first floor that do not lock— be aware for your own safety. Had we not found that door open we would have been left without our personal items and had no where to stay. This hindered the rest of our weekend still unable to use the keypad and no further communication or apology from the owner.
