Summary: The home was great! Very clean and exactly as pictured. Location was great for walking to nearby locations and Erin was very responsive to messages. Had everything we needed for a great weekend with plenty of space.

Summary: The location was perfect! We could walk to all our favorite places in Ashtabula. The house was homey and comfortable. Our kids aged 9 and under loved the board games. There were minor flaws like the bedroom doors not closing completely and the central air didn't keep the upper floors as cool as we would have liked, but we still had a great time and would recommend this home to other families.

Summary: This home was wonderful. We didn’t need to use the upper bedroom but the 3 bedrooms were very clean, a good size and very comfortable beds. Every thing you needed was taken care of by Erin! The sunroom was so wonderful to have our coffee in the morning. The outdoor space was nice for my little Boston Terrier rescue. The street was quiet. The house is close to everything. We did so much walking. The town which was minutes away had so many great stores and restaurants. The beach which was minutes away in the other direction was fun and clean. Erin truly knows how to be a great host. We had a wonderful note thanking us for renting her place and a surprise bottle of wine. I highly recommend this home for a getaway to Lake Erie!! Five extra stars!

Summary: The home was clean, kitchen very workable. Livingroom and back sunroom were very pleasant. The one downside is the upstairs bedrooms are quite hot, additional air conditioning or fans are needed. July, 2024.
