Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom log cabin home located in Crested Butte South, just 8 miles from Historic Downtown Crested Butte and 11 miles from the slopes of Mt. Crested Butte Ski Resort! Sitting just steps away from the East River with easy access for fishing and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains while you relax on the deck. Great location for the many different activities up Cement Creek Road and Crested Butte South businesses. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a loft that has two sets of bunk beds. The home has an open floor plan which is great for gathering with your family or friends. A fully functional kitchen that makes cooking any meal easy. There is a long term tenant in a basement apartment that has its own private entrance. There is a FREE shuttle bus system that takes you from Crested Butte South to the town of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. This is the perfect house for your mountain getaway!

Bedrooms as follows: (1) Queen, (2) Queen, (loft) two sets of bunk beds (one bunkbed is a queen on bottom, twin on top, the second is two twins).
**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
**When the owners stay at the house in the summer months they have their cats with them. If you have severe allergies to cats please be aware that cats are in the house sometimes.**
