Summary: Lovely very clean house with a fenced in yard for the 2 dogs. Spacious and close to Pico (10 min) and Killington (15 min). Nice bedrooms, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The heat was a bit tricky to regulate though, with it being cold downstairs and hot upstairs, or vice versa, I don't remember which now, but we figured it out the 2nd day there. The kitchen could use more dishes and some pantry staples, but there was a good Keurig coffee machine and we brought our own pods. There was a problem with the main floor bathroom on the last day when the toilet overflowed for no apparent reason, right before we were leaving and after doing all of the "checkout chores." We had to clean up all of the water that overflowed. There was a plunger in that bathroom so it seemed as though there might have been problems before. We gave the contact person the details and a heads up so they could have it fixed. Overall a very nice stay though. We would rent it again!

Summary: The house is quite quant, with modern appliances. Beds were comfortable (3-queen, 1-full.) Supplied linens and towels were soft and comfortable with enough pillows for an army. :) The property manager, Mike, was very responsive to emails prior to arrival and also, after we arrived. The house is convenient to all that Rutland has to offer, and also local ski areas (Okemo, Killington, Pico.) If a few days in a Rutland is in your future, look into this property.

Summary: Overall my experience with this property was very good. It’s located in very nice quiet neighborhood in Rutland about 15 minutes from Pico and 20 from Killington. Plenty of restaurants around. House was clean and large enough to accommodate 10 family members and my 2 dogs. Fenced in back yard was great! Internet didn’t work well but Mike the property manager was easily reached by text to address the issue. We had a great time and I will rent it again.
