Negative: No appropriate fencing due to works items next door. Lacked privacy, dirty wine glasses with lipstick stains. Advertised hot tub...nowhere to be found.

Positive: The cottage was very cosy, perfect for a couples getaway. The area was spacious and the house was very well maintained. The kitchen was super easy to use and was stocked up with the basic amenities
Negative: The exhaust in the kitchen was not working so beware before cooking. The driveway can be a bit tight for larger cars, but there's enough space to park on the street.

Positive: Comfortable, everything you need is in the property. Close to town and beach. Property mums were great to deal with.
Negative: The bathroom is getting a bit tired. The out doors is a bit run down. Also next to a building site so not a great view.

Negative: The fence was not dog proof. Had to try and fix the issue. It would have been nice to be notified of the fence issue as I had three tiny dogs that could have gotten out

Positive: Property was close enough to the beach, and far enough away from everything to enjoy the stars at night in Rosebud. The property was fully modernised, open and clean. With a decent back garden with seating/table and outside lights for dining.
Negative: Property had a building site on both sides, and we were woken up by tradies on the Monday and Tuesday mornings due to the works.
