Positive: Extremely scenic location with fantastic views. Kitchen/dining facilities were a very high standard. The decoration throughout was cozy and welcoming. The structure itself has a lot of character and would suit a larger family staying than we brought. The view from the bath was very nice and relaxing. We liked having lots of sheep on our doorstep. The pool and ping-pong table whilst not in superb condition were a lot of fun. Being so central to north Wales meant a lot of fantastic places to visit were only a short drive away. The host was receptive to feedback we had at the property and we felt looked after
Negative: The surrounding area felt like it would make for better walking but due to the farmland fences we weren't able to really walk directly from the property. The property was listed as dog friendly but there were a lot of restrictions around where dogs were allowed (only downstairs and not on any furniture of which there is a lot) We did have an issue with mice inside the property which is an unfortunate side effect from being so rural that we ended up on the wrong side of but the host was understanding of our issue and we reached a resolution.

Positive: Amazing location. Fantastic views right out the front door. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Tons of space. Easy check in, with clear instructions. Complete peace and quiet.

Positive: There was something to do for everyone. The area was stunning and it was exactly what we needed. Everything was provided. Clean and cozy.
Negative: The sign to the property was small and the satnav took us to the campsite next door! We could see the house from the road but not the entrance.
Summary: We had a fantastic weekend. Loved being surrounded by nature. Thrilled to see a weasel.

Negative: Wi-fi was very feeble! Needed more mugs and standard tumblers. A footpath from the house would be ideal too... 🙄

Positive: The location was wonderful - Wales at your door step! Just off the main road therefore close to Chapel Curig & Snowdon. The house is amazing very spacious, a games room/sitting room with log burner. Plus a 2nd sitting room that seats 8 with log burner. The kitchen is fully equipped + washing machine. But the best bit is the huge dining table to sit around and share time together over meals. Beds are comfortable. Outside the house faces south which was great to sit out for a coffee and catch the sunshine.
Negative: It's a shame we couldn't vary the arrival or departure time, even just a little.
