Negative: Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/10 recommended) Our experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived just after midnight and had not received the gate code as promised. After multiple unanswered calls, we finally reached the night porter. When we opened the door to the room we were assigned (Room 4), we found another couple sleeping inside, which was extremely shocking and a serious breach of security and privacy. We were then moved to Room 3, where the television did not work (a missing component), a hanger was broken, and the window let in loud traffic and noise from the garden. We slept only a few hours. While the night porter was polite and apologetic, the issues continued. We requested a packed breakfast for an early departure, and the property later claimed it had been prepared — but we were never informed when or where to pick it up, so we left with nothing. This lack of communication added to an already negative experience. The property agreed to a 50% refund, which we appreciate, but overall the stay involved multiple failures that should not occur at any accommodation. In summary: Beautiful location, but very poor management, communication issues, and serious operational mistakes. I hope the property improves, but I would not stay again based on this experience.

Negative: The staff, we have problem in check in, card was not working, we waited for an hour on the door. They even don’t answer my messages. With help of restaurant employee we called them, if he wasn’t there we would have stay on the cold in the street… We managed to enter another room, as they didn’t answered our messages and we were exhausted after flight… the room was dirty, it was dust on the bed, and hair on the floor.

Negative: Had to call repeatedly to get key code...took 2 or 3 hours. Great to have air conditioning but it blows frigid air for hours and then cuts off in the middle of the night.

Positive: It was clean, Nice location, bus stop right in front of the accommodation, also scooter stop in front of the accommodation, which was really nice. Overall it looked pretty. It did have very good internet and air conditioning.
Negative: So for two people we had ONE duvet even after asking for another one we didn’t get it. It had an air conditioning as I said, but the screen from the AC can not be turned off, and it was so bright it was shining on me the entire night. We had to cover it up in the middle of the night(as you can see on the photo) The walls are paper you can hear literally everything.
Summary: It was nice, but one time was enough

Positive: We really enjoyed my stay at Czakó Bed & Breakfast. It’s a bit further from the city center, but if you like walking, it’s not an issue. The area is residential, up on a hill with nice views and a park nearby, making it a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The room was comfortable and perfect for a couple, with a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a cozy sofa. However, the kitchen setup was a bit odd—there was a dishwasher but only one plate, no microwave, and no mugs or spoons (though there were two forks, two knives, two wine glasses, and two regular glasses). Maybe we could have asked for mugs, but we didn’t have the time in the end. It’s definitely not equipped for cooking anything beyond instant noodles!
Negative: The cleanliness was generally good, except for some dust behind the bathtub. One thing that did stand out was white stains on the sofa—probably something that could be cleaned with a bit of effort. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it didn’t leave the best impression. It also took quite a while for the hot water to start running, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, just with a few small quirks. If the minor cleanliness issues were addressed and the kitchenette was slightly better equipped, it would be even better!
