Positive: Best hotel location for our purposes, all the basics are good enough

Negative: Rooms are cleaned only when you leave so long stays not good idea, air con problems through out all 10 day stay even when they fixed it problems with it started soon afther.

Positive: I like the receptionist. She is very approachable and attentive to our needs. I hope she will still be there on our next visit. Room is very comfortable, enough to sleep and get comfortable

Negative: Restroom doors doesnt have locks, and wifi speed is not that reliable.

Positive: The staff were exceptional. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is walkable to the boardwalk. I am writing this now because this site is forcing me to.

Negative: A refrigerator that is only on when you are in the room. Makes no sense to me at all to book a room with a refrigerator when it shuts off every time you leave the room. In addition, the hotel has products in the refrigerator that are all hot. I would have paid for one of the beers in the fridge after a really hot day but they were all hot. My ice melted daily.

Summary: Nice hotel. Great staff. No elevator. No refrigerator. Overpriced for the area and the amenities

Positive: Room was big and the toilet/shower also big.Water pressure and hot water very good.Small cafe attached to the hotel had good coffee and cakes.The room had a split a/c which worked well.

Negative: We had a room right next to the road so very noisy,i was also bitten by ants while sleeping,not sure where they were from.The parking inside the gate can be challenging if there are some bigger cars already there.

Summary: Good value for money with decent rooms and also clean.
