Positive: The house was lovely. Very spacious and open. We loved the layout.
Negative: First impression after walking in - 1st bedroom on the left - the carpet is all stained up and looks like it needs a good cleaning. It was really bad. The light fixture in the dining room is beautiful but had cobwebs hanging from it. All the return vents were filthy. The rugs in both bathrooms had not been washed or vacuumed and had a clump of other peoples hair on them. That was disgusting. We didn’t even use them. We took a plate out of the cabinet and it was greasy. The cornhole game is falling apart and the bags that go with it are dry rotted. The vinyl tiles in the master shower are falling off. This is a lovely house but the cleaning staff is doing an absolute dis-service to the owner. Fence falling down outside is also an eye sore. This place needs some attention and TLC. Cannot justify the cleaning fee in any shape or form.
Summary: Lovely home but the cleaning staff needs to be fired.

Positive: The home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet.
Negative: My only suggestion would be to fix some minor issues to the master bathroom's bathtub. Even with that minor issue, I would definitely book again.

Positive: Location Location Location! It was a close residential neighborhood in close proximity to all of the stores, shops, and restaurants you would ever need.
Negative: A smoke detector alarmed early one morning for no apparent reason, and no one was cooking. It eventually silenced itself.
