Welcome to Dream Big in this beautiful recently remodeled home just footsteps away from the beach. This spacious oceanfront home in Duck has its own heated private pool, hot tub, and elevator. New owners took over in 2022 and have poured themselves into updating this lovely home. The exterior was painted a charming blue, all bedroom furniture has been replaced, and several bathrooms have been renovated.
Relax on the oceanfront deck with your morning coffee watching the dolphins or wind down each evening with a cocktail in hand watching the waves crash from the many deck levels with brand new Trex. Let the young ones play in the private pool while the adults play a friendly game of billiards.

Summary: The house was perfect for us, it was in great shape and was perfectly located. The views were beautiful and the access to beach was convienent. The pool and hottub worked perfectly. It was a fantastic week for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect and the elevator a must for my 83 yo Mother and 81 yo Aunt. Few minor things were not working but the property management was quick and courteous. The chief complaint was the quality of furniture and bedding. For $5000/night it was cheap. The bathrooms were nice and updated. The kitchen and appliances were also very nice (just needed at least one large frying pan - only provided two small ones). I would rent today for next year if the bedding and furniture was upgraded.

Reviewer Comments: This was a first time family trip to the OBX and this home helped make it an amazing experience. It was spacious for our party, location was wonderful, and it's an overall well updated home. We had an issue with the water when we first arrived but everyone was accommodating and it was resolved in 1-2 hours. The only complaint was the water on the second floor turned cold quickly in the showers.

The location was great and the house was very nice (but did need some work/touchups). A recommendation would be to purchase a crock pot for easy meal prep/plan. The property management company was very friendly and attentive when we needed to contact them. Wanted to note that 3 of the rooms took in water due to the heavy rain. We really did enjoy our stay and would recommend!
