Positive: The location is exceptional. It's at the edge of the old Jewish quarter, which is quiet bohemian & lively. Very near public transport routes, which are worth familiarising yourself if you know that you really want to see all the city has to offer. There's supermarkets very close to accommodation to stock up on breakfast & snacks, but it's surrounded by restaurants. The accommodation was really really good. Spare bedding and some toiletries.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, except that I was mortified I broke a glass while doing the dishes (it wasn't very robust) and some of the lights with sensors in the outdoor walkways flicked on & off throughout the night, which effected my sleep on the last night (I was a bit anxious to get up on time for my flight, so it was more 'on me' that the accomodation.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay. I'd book the D52 apartments again if I ever get back to Budapest again

Positive: The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, it was so peaceful and the shower was amazing! The host was helpful and answered all my questions.
Negative: The front door to the building was very stiff. You had to pull really hard to open it. It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water for when we arrived too.

Positive: First of all, the apartment is amazing! Everything is new, modern and all works perfectly. All the kitchen tools are brand new. The microwave looks like it was never used, that is how clean it was. We even received coffee capsules, but I brought my own, knowing that the coffee machine is Nespresso compatible. There were also available: washing machine capsules and garbage bags. The beds are comfy, the apartment is very quiet, the bathrooms are well equipped and clean. The heating systems is amazing and you can control the temperature of every room independently. The cool air comes from above, from the ceiling and gives you a nice feeling throughout the room. We set the temperature to 24 degrees and it was spot on. It's also nice that it keeps the temperature even when you leave the apartment and you don't need to be bothered that you come back and the place is an oven. Then, the location is perfect. You have all that you need at a short walk distance. There are supermarkets around the corner, coffee shops and restaurants. We tried the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner and the Pad Thai was very good. We also tried the Italian restaurant but it was more expensive that the average. Busses/tram and metro are all near and within 20 minutes you can reach the city center (km 0). The hosts were very professional. It was an easy access to the apartment and they have responded immediately to any message on Whats-app even if was Sunday. We didn't have any problems with the other neighbors. The whole building is for rent. We will definitely come back!
Negative: The car parking could be cheaper, but the price is average with what others offer in the same location. We had to leave the car in Park & Ride, in order to get a better deal. We payed for 5 days 20 Euros, while the sub-parking would ask for 38 euros per day. But again, different services-different prices.
Summary: Amazing apartment and host. Definely will come back!

Positive: Overall we had a great experience. The apartment is very comfortable and in a good location. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The hosts are very easy to reach and helpful. The air conditioning system works really well - instead of the "normal" AC the walls and floor continuously cool off the entire apartment, so even when outside there were 38 degrees inside we had a constant temperature of 23 degrees.
Negative: We had a small issue on arrival with the door lock but it was solved right away.
