Positive: The host lady was really nice and responsive. Considering, I might have gotten late to check in due to flight, she made sure to stay awake and wait for my arrival. She was very welcoming and made sure I get comfortable. The room, bathroom, accessories, tea, coffee, snacks, toiletries, towel, and everything was there. I wish, I could stay there longer as I had only a night to stay and had to catch my flight next afternoon. I am sure, If I travel again to Bergamo, I will definitely stay there. Again, everything was beyond my expectations and I had a great value for the money I spent.

Negative: I cant think of anything that I didnt like as everything for perfect. Especially cleanliness and very well maintained. felt like home!

Summary: Great! I wish I could stay longer.
