Positive: The property was extremely clean and located in a charming village. The owner Mara was extremely kind to us, and even baked a delicious chocolate cake that she left on the table for us.

Negative: The only downside was the accessibility. The car park was extremely small and our Citroen Picasso could barely fit in the individual slots. Moreover, My mother has mobility issues and it was hard for her to use the several flights of stairs up and down leading to the charming three story building.

Positive: Everything was wonderful, the host Mara and her son Dante were the most hospitable and wonderful people. Sormano is a lovely picturesque village high up in the mountains, perfect for a getaway. The breakfast was plentiful and the homemade cakes were delightful.

Positive: Great place. Large and very cozy suite. A self-service breakfast and cake on the table would be a nice surprise. Good video for finding the place.

Positive: Mara was very helpful when we had a few problems. She also recommended a very nice and delicious and affordable restaurant! :) Thanks Mara!

Negative: We were there when it was cold outside. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very cold, too. There is a nice oven which made the living room warm, but everything else (bedroom, bathroom) were cold. The floor is which probably makes it nice and cool in the summer, but when it's cold, this is not so great.
