Positive: Beautiful property, very clean, well equipped with everything you need and more. The swimming pool and sauna were a major plus and we all much enjoyed the outdoor space and al fresco dining. Everyone in the group commented on how comfortable the beds were. Our host, Patrizia was very nice and helpful. Property located in a small village (borgo), everyone we met was extremely friendly, we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Positive: A great home for family or friends, the views are beautiful and the surrounding towns accessible by car. All the facilities are clean and the housed is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, towels and everything else you may need. We loved the fresh herb garden and tomatoes. Patrizia and her father explained everything well and were always a phone call away.

Negative: Sometimes there was a power outage, however, you can manage it yourself and resolve it within a minute.

Positive: A beautiful old house with a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and aircon. The outdoor area with a pool, bbq, and a view of the mountains is the perfect space for relaxing. The hosts were very welcome, responsive and provided tips locally on what to visit and where to eat.

Positive: The house has a nice garden with enough privacy. If you do not like the italian way of making your own coffee, there is a nice coffee bar opposite the house. It was very hot when we were there, but there is always some shadow in the garden. Very nice pool chairs, great equipment in the kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owners

Negative: The house does not have airco, so the rooms at the upper floor were really warm. There is no washing machine in the apartment, so if you stay for a longer period for time you would need additional towels. You need to be aware that both travelling to Florence and to Arezzo requires taking a very curvy road. If you are not used to that or sensible to car sickness, this could be an issue. But then.. you can stay at the beautiful house
