Positive: The location was excellent. This was my second time staying at that hotel.

Negative: I was being eaten up by muskitos. I complaint on the first day and therafter. Was given a can of muskitos repellent that did not work. For days I was being bitten and has very bad reactions such as swelling up and itching constantly. I was not offer to move to another room or any refunds. 😪

Positive: Had everything required (including laundry), a good size room, was in a really handy location within easy walking distance of the rail and bus terminal, and near nice restaurants.

Positive: The self check in was very simple and the rooms were clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed all the amenities in the room from the sauna to the steamer closet.
