Positive: The key situation makes no sense. They have a key code that you have to punch in, to get a phisical key attached to string to entrance lobby, and another for the room. One day before we left the key just vanished! Was horrible to get in after.
Negative: The style of communication of the management is very verbose, THEY MESSAGE A LOT and demand to upload photo of the passport the day before, also take a photo for check-in. Wifi was barely working.
Summary: Good price for the location, but very inconvenient communication and operation.

Positive: Breakfast? I purchased a cup of coffee from the nearby Family Mart. Breakfast was provided by my company at their facility.
Negative: The lock for the front door was confusing. When I opened the box, no numbers illuminated. It took me some time, approx. 10 minutes, to understand that I needed to touch the face inside the box to illuminate the numbers so I could enter the code.
Summary: I was satisfied and felt safe and rested.

Positive: Very close to our main destination (Ghibli museum) and easy access to the station, in-room laundry, comfortable bed, in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: It was a little difficult to access the key for our room. We had to message the property manager since there's no staff on-site, but they responded quickly to help us out
