Positive: The host made it easy to organise check in, key collection and was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and warm on arrival. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house which really improved our stay. It is close to Sligo itself and was perfect for exploring all the hikes around the area. We will be back!

Positive: We had the most beautiful stay at Daffodil Lodge. The house is full of charm, history, and the sweetest details — you can truly feel the love that went into every corner. Waking up to mountain views, quiet mornings, and even rainbows made the experience unforgettable. Mary, our host, was absolutely wonderful — so kind, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The lodge felt warm, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. One of our favourite trips so far, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dreamy, cosy escape.

Negative: No complaints except the shower (felt a bit difficult to adjust the heat )
