Positive: Daniela is so supportive and helpful.Location for days is OK but for nights maybe so so.

Negative: Check in should be presented by person and not like solving a game. It is better to have person there. And the rule for charging 10 Euro for check in after 9 pm is not suitable. Regarding cleaness was acceptable but not perfect. Every three days changing towels?! Bed was not comfortable ( for me which I have backache. Facility in bathroom should be renovated again.

Positive: Great stay in Naples with a fairly easy self check in. Photos were sent of every step. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we had a window to the interior courtyard which was nice because it was peaceful and quiet. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge. It was a short walk away from the train station. There are lots of cafes with breakfast options (and more) nearby! Bed was comfortable.

Positive: The room is very nicely located in a building very close to the city center but also train station. The location is great, it is safe and on the main road. There is also a doorman at the entrance. It was very pretty and very clean. The host was very nice to let us leave our luggage there after check-out until our flight.

Positive: Staff was helpful. My partner arrived before check in, which was accommodated. Location, near center and quiet at night. Near to station and port. Small kitchen to keep your breakfast. Good shower. Clean, though quite some things needed maintenance.
