The highlight of the bungalow is its chef-ready kitchen, which is fully stocked to the brim with all the tools, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. - Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Additionally, there may be guests staying in the units to the right and left of you during your stay. As is typical in multi-unit buildings, some noise transfer can occur, but we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels for a comfortable stay for everyone.

This unit does not have central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the living room and bedroom, and a radiator heater is available to warm the space over time.
