Summary: The second you step into the Dakota you feel a warm presence with extremely polite staff. The hotel interior is fantastic and screams first class. I used to stay at another 5 star further down Deansgate for years however I've found my new go to! The room was exceptional and very spacious. Room furniture was very plush, tv channel offerings were more than the usual and the bathroom was excellent - the provided toiletries were of a nice brand and featured underfloor heating. During my stay I ordered room service - the quality was nothing but excellent, the house burger was up there with one of my best, the side dish of short rib mac n cheese was also outstanding. For the first time in ages I really didn't want to call an end to my stay - I will definitely be booking at the Dakota again for my next Manchester stay.

Summary: Amazing check in, the room was exquisite. We stayed in a signature suite. Spotlessly clean. Missed breakfast even though we'd paid so can't comment on the food.
