Summary: We really like our stay here. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and even the outdoor shower. The owner went above and beyond showing use around the cottage and the grounds. Highly recommend.

Summary: The Vegamot cottages are a little slice of heaven. I loved the hot tub and sauna and the cabin was in great condition. There is a toilet in the cabin. The cabin does not have a shower, but the outdoor shower was really lovely. Bjarni and his family were super welcoming, and I enjoyed talking with them. The fish soup at their cafe was delicious. I am already planning a trip to come back! This was a really nice way to get to experience Dalvik.

Summary: This is a beautiful, rustic cottage. A great little sauna and hot tub on site. Perfect for a single wanderer or an adventurous couple who aren’t afraid of a warm, outdoor shower! Bamji the proprietor is wonderful and knows everyone in town! Highly recommended for outdoor adventurers!

Summary: Fantastic cottage, great location in Dalvík. Would love to visit again. Washroom was small but to be expected in a small cottage like this. Nice warm feeling inside.

Summary: The owners were great. They also run the little cafe in town. Great service. Comfortable room. Went to watch whales and were not disappointed in our two night stay in Dalvik.
