Here we are at "Dam Pretty View", a 2nd-floor condo along the beautiful Deschutes River and less than a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. Four travelers can sleep in the two queen sized beds. The condo is approximately 630 square feet with two separate sleeping areas, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. Your balcony overlooks the Deschutes River and trail that runs along our property.
Don't feel like going out?! No worries, in this condo you will have all your cooking needs! This kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove top, dishwasher and oven. Plus, all your basic pots, pans, casserole dishes and utensils are provided, along with dish-ware and glasses.
The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on the grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail to the north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs, and downtown boutiques in under 10 minutes.
Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub, which are open daily so don't forget to bring those swimsuits!
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

Summary: Riley was very sweet We loved the view little noisy above us but we got through it. The bed dipped toward the middle so did not sleep well and pillows had no shape to them so I’m thinking if those two things were fixed it would be a 5

Summary: The exterior of the complex is quite aged, but the interior has been re-furbished, and we had a very pleasant stay. The views were great, the location was quite convenient for all of our activities (especially the 4th Fireworks, which we watched from a middle school about 2.5 miles away from the condo). Overall, it was a great VRBO, no complaints.

Summary: The view from this place is absolutely amazing! Waking up and having a cup of coffee while listing to the rush of the water outside was so relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Pet friendly and very clean. There were a couple of issues: Towel Rack, in the kitchen, fell apart when i bumped it - looked like a loose screw. The beds, yikes. I expected the murphy bed to be un comfortable, and it did not disappoint. The main bed was as bad.

Summary: The owner has remodeled the property for sure, but somehow the unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Aired it out for two days. The herd of elephants over us arose at 6 am and did who knows what until 10 am, returning at 11pm. The parking is great; proximity to downtown great; kitchen set up great; bathrooms nice; good for 3-4 people; the dam is loud if you leave the door open. For the price, it’s fine. Just have to be prepared for noisy upstairs people.

Summary: Bend Riverside Rentals is a hidden gem in Bend. Walkable to downtown, right on the Deschutes River and affordable! Our room was a two bedroom, two bath unit with a full kitchen and fireplace. The interior of the unit has been updated and is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
