Positive: The rom was very damp. Not been heated for many days. The bed was damp. Not nice to try to sleep In. The property is very nice but the host must keep the room warm.

Positive: The location was stunning with cats and chickens roaming around, it was beautiful. Sophie was very accommodating, helping us book taxis, lending irons and letting us look around her antique shop inside the main building (so much treasure!) Sophie delivered the most delightful breakfast to our room every morning, it was perfect. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Negative: Just remeber to pack insect repellent.

Positive: Location , very quite and tranquil spot . Very country living vibes but with great comfort .

Negative: Slight smell of dump In the room likely because of the building age but it was not too bothering .

Positive: Sophie, the owner, is exceptionally friendly and hard working. Nothing we asked for, was too much trouble. She supplied us with wonderful homemade pizza and delicious wine, whilst we were babysitting our 8 week old grandson. The surrounding gardens are very peaceful and we enjoyed being greeted at breakfast by the lady hens. Our daughter was attending a wedding at Chateau Rigaud, a 5 min drive away.

Negative: Many mosquitoes, so make sure you packed some repellent.

Summary: A wonderful and charming place.
