Positive: Great location in centre of Cong. Hotel had olde charm character and was comfortable and clean. And the cooked breakfast was the best we have ever had in our hotel stays over the years. And excellent value for money.

Negative: WiFi didn't work in my room, the phone in the room didn't work - which I found out when the hairdryer stopped working. It was loud and the bar/restaurant doesn't take card (ATM available). There was no one at the front desk so if you needed something you needed to find a member of staff - who were always very busy.
