Positive: The room was nice and spotlessly clean
Negative: Let me start by saying that I completely understand why the hotel is highly rated however there are no communal areas except chairs on the half landings on the staircase and the reception is in the basement. The restaurant for breakfast is also underground and we must have timed it badly as it was like feeding time at the zoo with people barging in front of us to grab as much food as they could leaving little behind. As we were moving towards the pastries, someone pushed past us and took three of the four remaining items for herself It is a nice hotel but it has no soul
